WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KEEP A MIGRAINE DIARY?

Even if you believe that your migraine occurs randomly or that you’re already familiar with all there is to know about them, maintaining a migraine diary is an essential and effective tool in managing your migraine.

The data you input helps our system discover patterns, while enabling you and your healthcare provider to identify triggers, track the effectiveness of your treatment, and stay on top of your medical condition.

That’s why we now offer you two different ways to log your migraine days on the Relivion MG App.

MIGRAINE DIARY

The Migraine Diary enables you to track your migraine days, treatment, and the effectiveness of your treatment.

All the information you enter is added to your Statistics. When you tap on the Statistics screen, you’ll see a comprehensive summary of your migraine patterns and treatment progress.

Reporting a Migraine:

  • To create a detailed entry about your migraine, tap on ‘Report a Migraine’ in the Migraine Diary.
  • If you’re experiencing a migraine and undergoing a treatment for it, the app will automatically add an entry to the Migraine Diary after you answer a series of questions about your migraine (you don’t need to report that migraine).
  • We recommend reporting when a migraine has ended.

Make reporting your migraines a part of your routine to get the most out of your treatment.

Migraine Days

  • In the Migraine Diary, your migraine days are highlighted against a red background.
  • The number of migraine days is one of the most important indicators for monitoring your medical condition. We encourage you log your migraine days consistently to gain valuable insights.

MIGRAINE DAYS LOG

We understand that keeping a detailed migraine diary can be challenging. That’s why we added a Migraine Days Log to the home screen for quick and easy tracking.

Although we recommend using the Migraine Diary to create a more detailed record of your migraines, we get that you don’t always have the time.

With the Migraine Days Log, simply tap on the desired date to mark a migraine day.

Tracking your migraine days is one of the most important ways to monitor your health and treatment progress, and the Migraine Days Log makes it easy to do so.

TREATMENT DAYS LOG

Treatment Days Log is a handy new tool to help you track your progress and persistence with your treatment:

• Keep track of the days you had a treatment and view the results.

• Tap on a specific date to see all the details about that day, such as the type of treatment, pain level before and after treatment, pain areas, medications, and triggers.
